Pilates is all about precision of movement and the ability to strengthen weaker points in the body. By activating your muscles with certain techniques you are constantly burning calories and fat, for even up to an hour after the class!

We offer a wide variety of Pilates and personal training classes and session to target all areas of your rehab, health and fitness goals. At Mission Possible we pride ourselves on delivering high quality sessions that are client focused. All our sessions are small and concentrated with the maximum number in a class being 6 people ensuring you get the attention you deserve. Our studios use state of the art equipment to ensure you are working with the best. Our studio has a friendly vibe to make all feel welcome and at home.

Fitness classes 6 days a week

Group fitness classes run 6 days a week and each class is 45 minutes long.

Our classes are universally scalable, meaning they are designed to be equally challenging to all regardless of past experience or fitness.

Meet the Team


Louise Marvin

Louise is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Scientist with over 6 years' experience working as a sports scientist for professional and elite sporting teams in the Australian National Rugby League, US Major League Soccer & NWSL, and the Australian Para-Cycling Team. Louise's passion for health, sport, and fitness stemmed from a childhood competing at a state and national level in swimming, athletics, cross country, and triathlons. Most recently, Louise represented South Australia in the Australian Half Marathon Championships and Cross-Country Championships. Louise has a Sports Science degree and a Masters in High Performance Sport and is currently a PhD Candidate at the University of Newcastle, studying deceleration ability and training interventions in soccer players. Louise is also completing her Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Accreditation.

Louise's training philosophy reflects her experience working with athletic populations, and she applies these same training principles to her clients. Louise is a firm believer that "if I wouldn't prescribe a session for myself or an advanced trainer, then I wouldn't prescribe it to anyone in the general population".


Lindy Burger

Lindy believes that the most inspiring aspect of teaching Pilates is witnessing people strengthening their physical capabilities while at the same time enhancing their broader wellbeing.

She has found a new respect for each person’s physical intelligence, and that science can help people move better. The joy on a client’s face, when achieving something they thought was not possible, makes teaching Pilates so worthwhile for her.

Lindy started her Pilates journey a few years ago after having children and wanting to strengthen her core. Her movement practise covers Matwork (Contrology) and Reformer. Most days Lindy likes to go the gym, walk the dogs or ride her bike. Lindy functions at her best when she has had her morning coffee!

Lindy’s favourite moto is: The body achieves what the mind believes (Napoleon Hill). Lindy has Certificate IV in Matwork and Reformer as well as a Diploma in Clinical Pilates with Breathe Education.


Emily Crawford

Emily has always loved teaching movement with 20+ years experience as a freelance dance teacher, before training as a Pilates instructor with Studio Pilates International. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance studying with UWS.

Emily is married with four beautiful children that keep her busy when she's not in the studio instructing.

She believes that movement is important for both physical and mental health, and counts it a privilege to be a part of people’s journey as they become stronger, rehabilitate, and accomplish things they haven't been able to do before.

Stefani Visser

Stefani Visser (Zee German)

Stef’s background is German and she came to Australia in 1999. She has a Sales and Marketing Degree and a never ending love and desire for teaching and educating.

After having kids she decided to wave the corporate world good-bye and fulfil her dream to work in the Fitness Industry. However, she’s still somewhat hanging in that corporate world, as she’s managing a Fitness Studio for Employees of a Multinational Company since 2012. Her career started at Fitness First, then Stef moved on to Resolution Fitness (now Snapfitness), where she was a personal Trainer, Group Fitness and Pilates Instructor.

Reformer classes at Spiritual Athletica are also on her resume, until she had to take a break due to an Achilles injury and Covid. Stef is a Master Personal Trainer, Mat Pilates and Reformer Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor and recently completed a certification for “Management of Musculoskeletal Conditions” as well as a Wundachair qualification.

Stefanie lives with her family in Kenthurst.


Amanda Jane

Amanda spent her childhood playing various sports and doing physical culture up until her early 20s....taking time off to have children her sporting spark got re-ignited in 2012 when her brother Simon approached her about starting a P.T business in the Hills she started with a Pilates & moved into personal training.

She used Pilates to get her body back post 3 children and huge weight gain....focusing on her internal strength & positive mindset.

Together with Simon they started MPF with a series of group HIiT /Pilates/Trampfit & Strength Training sessions.

Over the years as the business has developed Amanda has focused on her Pilates training as a side kick to Personal Training and found passion in assisting clients back from injury and post birth easing them back into hard training using Pilates to restructure their bodies! She has full studio and reformer qualifications teamed with rehabilitation and an extensive knowledge of mat work.

Amanda is holistic in her approach to clients focused on emotionally connecting them to their bodies and following the Pilates principals and engaging them in their fitness journey on a mind / body & soul level.


Karen Scanes

After waking up one morning and realising that she could feel the approaching autumn weather in her bones, Karen began her Pilates journey with a goal to regain her flexibility, core control and let's be honest, as a mother of two young boys, a little bit of sanity! Within a few short months, not only did she notice an improvement in her body 'age', but also a marked difference in her mood, mindfulness, and ability to manage stress. Years later and still passionate about the benefits of Pilates for all walks of life, Karen started her journey towards sharing the joy of Pilates with others.

Qualified in mat and studio Pilates through Polestar Education, Karen's teaching is motivated by successfully helping others feel better by finding improvement in flexibility, range of movement, lengthening and strengthening - whether this be for general health and well-being, or targeted exercise to support functional movement (e.g. for injury recovery or lifestyle athletic pursuits).

Her favourite quotes from Joseph Pilates are "Everyone is the architect of their own happiness" and "If your spine is inflexibly stiff at 30, you are old; if it is completely flexible at 60, you are young."

Annette Parry

Annette was an Executive Assistant for 22 years when she was involved in a car accident on the way home from work, fracturing her lumbar spine. After fusion surgery left her very weak and in terrible pain, she had to find ways to rehabilitate. After being put on a Pilates reformer there was no looking back. She has never stopped doing Pilates in the 8 years since and trained at Tensegrity Training to gain her qualifications to teach.

Annette is much stronger than before her accident and there isn't much she can't do now. She runs with her children (or dogs as others call them), mows the lawn and works as an instructor most days. Pain is a distant memory. Your body is built to move. It's so important that you keep your body strong to help prevent injuries. Pilates is the perfect method for strengthening muscles you didn't know you had.


Samia Eldorgham

Sam first discovered her love for Pilates when she began taking mat Pilates classes whilst pregnant to keep fit and healthy prior to the birth of her baby. Working in law enforcement Sam has always had to keep fit as part of her job requirements.

Soon after having her second child, Sam discovered Reformer Pilates through a friend and began training at MPF Dural. Following her first class, she left there feeling empowered and became a regular client at the Dural studio attending classes 3 per week. "Within 6 months I had achieved all the body and health goals I had set out to". Sam loved Reformer Pilates so much, she went on to study Reformer Pilates with Studio Pilates International and is now a qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor at MPF Dural.
