Personal training 1:1
Our personal training sessions are designed for you. Work closely with one of our qualified personal trainers we will design a personalised training program specifically for you. These sessions will incorporate a mix of strength training, boxing, functional exercises and HIIT to align with your goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase muscle mass or improve your overall health and wellbeing the team at MPF can help you. Our trainers will help mentor and support you on your journey, helping beyond your time in the studio we can assist you with your nutrition, mindset and of course managing that tricky work life balance. Our trainers are flexible and can work around you and your busy routines.

Semi-Private personal training 6:1
Our semi-private personal training sessions will have no more than six clients, allowing you to get all the benefits of training in a group whilst still receiving a concentrated and personalised training session. Our qualified personal trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Stay motivated by training with others. Theses classes run for 45 minutes and incorporate a range of training styles and techniques to help target all muscle groups in the body. Classes on offer are:
- Abs, Butts and Thighs
- Strength and Conditioning circuit
- Mat Pilates
