My competitive nature not only helps me succeed in my own passions like kickboxing, surfing and 7-20km fitness events such as mud run events like Spartan, toughmudder, etc. But I’m most passionate seeing my clients succeed in their health and fitness journey, whether its for weight lose, body toning, learning a new skill like Boxing or Kickboxing, or just improving their overall lifestyle and just being happy with themselves! I love helping people achieve their goals…. getting fit and living life to the max is about making positive and healthy choices on a daily basis. I love using my knowledge of Pilates to help other women recover from injury and post childbirth. Our bodies are amazing and capable of much more than we think they are. Setting short term and long term goals mentally prepares us for the change and progress we want to see when we are willing to put in a little bit of effort. I love nothing more than seeing my clients set their goals and then exceed them…..one at at time!!!!
The human body allows us to do so much and I believe we should be taking advantage of this everyday and leading our healthiest life possible. I have competed in a variety of sports including cross country running, netball & soccer. Being a trainer allows me to share my passion for health and fitness with people and help them achieve things they never thought imaginable. I enjoy all aspects of fitness training but in particular I enjoy functional training, body weight strength training and boxing/kickboxing
Megan is a medical scientist with >16 years in medical research and thus has a large knowledge-base of how the human body works. She also has a passion for developing healthy recipes to nourish your body. Together, this provides Megan with a unique set of skills to be able to help people improve their overall health through delicious and nutritious meal plans and recipes. Megan has always loved pushing boundaries, and likes to think outside of the square, as exemplified in her creative invention and one of her trademark recipes the ‘black bean brownie’. They have no flour, no refined sugar, and are vegan-friendly. Nevertheless, they have passed the YUMMY test with 100% of people (kids to adults) as they are loaded with oozing chocolatey goodness.
Megan prides herself on providing a unique environment and support base for all her clients compared to almost all other weight management programs. This is because she designs meal plans specifically for YOU that are based on scientific evidence. No two meal plans she designs are the same because they are designed with YOU in mind. This means the plans are based on your body type, biology, food preferences/intolerances, lifestyle, body goal and more. You are also not left to your own devices as she is available for support via phone/email and will make modifications to your meal plan/recipes every 2 weeks to keep you progress toward your goal. Overall, Megan’s goal through Mission Possible Fitness is to educate and help people understand their specific nutritional requirements to achieve their ideal healthy, active body and to have confidence and happiness in their everyday lives.
