Pilates is all about precision of movement and the ability to strengthen weaker points in the body. By activating your muscles with certain techniques you are constantly burning calories and fat, for even up to an hour after the class!
By isolating and activating your muscles during your Pilates workout you burn deep stored fat cells and also reduce cortisol levels(stress hormones), all while training within a relaxed and comfortable environment.
Pilates is an all over body workout designed to stretch, strengthen and tone your muscles. Great for injury rehabilitation, sore lower backs and post birth to get the body fired up and back on track, whilst keeping you in the zen zone!

All our sessions are small and concentrated with the maximum number in a class being 6 people ensuring you get the attention you deserve. Our studios use state of the art equipment to ensure you are working with the best. Our studio has a friendly vibe to make all feel welcome and at home.

Fitness classes 6 days a week
Group fitness classes run 6 days a week and each class is 45 minutes long.
Our classes are universally scalable, meaning they are designed to be equally challenging to all regardless of past experience or fitness.

We are 100% digital! Our booking system makes it super easy to book into any class you like from your phone, tablet or home computer! When you join with us, we will email you your personal login and pin number, where you can book into your classes ahead of schedule - that way we can save a space for you everytime!
Meet the Team
Studio Manager and Pilates Instructor.
Hannah is a passionate advocate of the correlation between body and mind. With a career background in the mental health industry, Hannah utilises a combination of functional movement and meditative techniques to assist clients in easing the stresses of contemporary society.
A lengthy history of netball and running injuries brought her to Pilates for her own rehabilitation. Seeing the incredible results in her own body led to her passion for teaching, recognising that Pilates is beneficial for every body. You will find Hannah's classes to be holistic, encouraging the support of both body and mind.
Claudia is a dedicated Pilates instructor, who has been teaching pilates for 10 years. She has a passion for helping people move well. Having discovered Pilates after a serious back injury, she understand the importance of Pilates in rehabilitation and the joy of being strong and moving well.
She wants everyone to enjoy the ease of moving well in everyday life; unloading the dishwasher, picking up kids, running for the bus, or jogging, should be easy and pain free for everyone. Pilates can restore the joy of easy everyday movement. Once you do pilates you never look back it is truly miraculous; movement as medicine!
Millie has always been active and had an interest in health and wellbeing. She discovered Pilates as a teenager due to various horse riding injuries. She instantly fell in love with the benefits it had physically and mentally on herself. She was inspired by her instructors, and in 2018 she became certified to teach reformer through Polestar. She is continuing her training to learn all the Pilates apparatus through BASI. She loves helping and working closely with her clients to help them achieve their goals. Pilates is beneficial to everyone! As well as pilates, she loves nutrition and has a huge interest in food and cooking. She is currently studying a bachelor of health science in nutritional medicine. When she am not in the Pilates studio, she is usually grabbing a coffee, going to the beach or spending time with friends and her dog, Banjo.
Mel discovered the benefits of Pilates after having three children. She loves making Pilates accessible to everybody from new mums, weekend warriors and tradies to grandparents. Mel believes Pilates can help increase strength, mobility and balance.
She has a Diploma and Cert IV from Polestar Pilates, she is qualified to teach clients on all Pilates equipment. Mel enjoys trail running and ocean swimming with friends. Previously she had a career in Media Relations in London.
Mel is passionate about Pilates and how it offers something for everyone. She loves helping clients find the joy in movement. It might be getting office workers moving after a long day or supporting weekend warriors to improve their strength and flexibility. She also enjoys helping people rebuilding strength after injury, surgery or childbirth.
I love doing Pilates at Art of Pilates. Belinda and the team are fantastic, they are a very friendly professional team with a lot of experience. You will attend in small class groups and you will have your own personalised program, which makes a huge difference from other studios. It has been one of the best pilates studios I have attended. Highly Recommended, it will change your life!

I was blessed to find Art of Pilates after an injury, Belinda and the team took no time at all in formalising a personalised treatment plan to fix me. After a lot of hard work and a few set backs I can honestly say I have never felt better. I owe a lot to the Art of Pilates team, for their dedication, compassion and passion in helping me on my recovery path. I am now living without pain and I have a toolkit of knowledge to manage ongoing maintenance. I am even a pilates convert, I love it!!
Bel is a fantastic teacher who really cares about the fundamentals of Pilates and takes the time to make sure you're in neutral pelvis and each posture is correct. Highly recommended
I started Pilates to help me with my back pain. My posture was pretty terrible and every couple of months my back would spasm and cause me to take time off work and not do much so I started attending 2 classes each week. I have been going to Art of Pilates for over 6 months now and my back pain has gone and my core much stronger. Belinda and her team are amazing and I always walk out taller and feeling happy! The team is really great fun! I highly recommend Art of Pilates to anybody who wants to get rid of back pain and improve their core strength and posture!

I recently did a pilates class at Art of Pilates with a friend. I was nervous at first as I have only ever done a couple of pilates classes and had never tried pilates reformer, but Belinda put my friend and I immediately at ease with her friendly and easy going manner. Belinda tailored a workout for us so that we could learn some of the basic moves and use a range of the equipment such as the reformer machine, stability chair and toning balls. Perfect for us beginners! Belinda also made sure that we were using the correct technique for each exercise. The studio is decorated beautifully and is a great space in which to get fit and toned! I'll definitely be back for another class.
Belinda helped me through that completely uncoordinated stage that every beginner has to go through to get to point where that fear of the next instruction is gone and you actually believe you can do it!
