Personal Training sessions usually take place either by the beautiful outdoor Lake at the Lakes Edge Park The Ponds, at Boing Central in Norwest, or we come to you. We also welcome you to work out with friends and family.

  • Bernie Mullane Park, Kellyville
  • Glenhaven Park, Glenhaven, next to Glenhaven Public School
  • Or a pre-organised training ground convenient for you!

Your first initial session with a trainer will involve a consultation, weigh-in, all body fat, water and muscle percentages measured along with body measurements, then goal creation taking into account your specific goals, timeframe, body shape, exercise preferences, current condition, health requirements and lifestyle, where we can get a complete picture of your overall condition so that we can come up with an individually tailored exercise plan, and then you will be well on your way to achieving your goals!

Your trainer will be committed to inspiring you to achieve your personal bests along you're the way, and you will amaze yourself with what you will be capable of achieving during your session and with your results.

Ideally, to gain the most benefit from training sessions, we recommend that you should do at least two training sessions per week.
