Trampfit is a fun and unique high intensity, low impact aerobic trampoline workout suitable for all levels of fitness, that will have your heart pumping like never before. Trampfit is also combined with a taste of our core concentrated and upper body Boxfit program to give you a full body workout!

Our unique Adults Trampoline Fitness Program provides a variety each week as you learn exercises, skills and combinations that will have you bouncing, and flying through the air. It is a combination of instructor-led exercises and your own exploration on the equipment, where FUN is the key element of this program and the emphasis is on participation, and not just winning. Working at your own pace, our coaches will help you experience the joy of trampolining!

A typical lesson consists of warm up activities, strength and flexibility activities, combinations of skills and routines using both the trampoline and boxing fitness equipment (all supplied) and cool down activities. Trampfit is a fun alternative to the gym, where you can achieve great results, lose weight, tone up and enjoy something different in your fitness routine. Hey its Tony and i train in groups twice a week and pt once a week.

Simon showed me how to eat the right foods and what i need to shop for during the week so i stop eating junk foods regularly.

It didn't take me long to get fit enough to run 750m around the lake without stopping then do the routine , which i love the routines as he always changes them and always has some boxing which i like.i have lost on average 1kg per week which i have learnt the steady lose is coming from my consistent mix of training and the right eating habits. Lovin it and ready for more.

I have been training with Simon for 5 weeks, i do trampoline fitness or boxfit once per week at Boing central and one on one training at The Ponds once per week.

Simon is easy to talk to and also reminded me during the week out of training to keep me on track with my exercises at home which was great as i am a busy mum with 3 kids under 10yrs old and often needed reminding to do anything...

Hi, my name is Amanda from Castle Hill and i have had Simon as my trainer twice a week for the last 8 weeks.

I started straight after New Years and my resolution was to lose 20cm all up. Now i have lost 26cm with 15cm of those from my hips!!! He taught me how i can do a lot just from home without paying a cent and also what to eat and when.
