Boxfit utilises the traditional combat and fitness training of Boxing to increase and build core body strength, agility, speed and coordination in a fun and fast paced high intensity cardio workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, Boxfit generates results and focuses on boosting your overall fitness, building lean muscle and improving self-esteem in the ultimate fitness experience.

Boxfit is a low impact, high-energy workout that incorporates solid pad work, cardio Boxing, heavy bag, core strength, resistance work and circuit training, with an emphasis on boxing.

If you are looking for an intense workout that is both time efficient and highly effective in improving your fitness, increasing lean muscle mass and shredding fat, then this is the workout for you - it’s fun, addictive and as challenging as you want it to be!

Hey its Tony and i train in groups twice a week and pt once a week.

Simon showed me how to eat the right foods and what i need to shop for during the week so i stop eating junk foods regularly.

It didn't take me long to get fit enough to run 750m around the lake without stopping then do the routine , which i love the routines as he always changes them and always has some boxing which i like.i have lost on average 1kg per week which i have learnt the steady lose is coming from my consistent mix of training and the right eating habits. Lovin it and ready for more.

Hi guys its Gabrielle from Quakers Hill

I have been training with Simon for 5 weeks, i do trampoline fitness or boxfit once per week at Boing central and one on one training at The Ponds once per week.

Simon is easy to talk to and also reminded me during the week out of training to keep me on track with my exercises at home which was great as i am a busy mum with 3 kids under 10yrs old and often needed reminding to do anything...

Hi, my name is Amanda from Castle Hill and i have had Simon as my trainer twice a week for the last 8 weeks.

I started straight after New Years and my resolution was to lose 20cm all up. Now i have lost 26cm with 15cm of those from my hips!!! He taught me how i can do a lot just from home without paying a cent and also what to eat and when.
