Our Sessions

Our Bootcamp/Boxfit and Personal Training (PT) Sessions are based around a specific Bootcamp and Boxing Fitness training structure concentrating heavily on core strength using HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) and improving your body shape and confidence, energy and fitness levels. Training is modified each session to cater for a wide range of fitness levels, age groups, and for both males and females. Set in a fun outdoor atmosphere, situated alongside the lake at the Lakes Edge Park, The Ponds, Sydney.

On your first training session you will be introduced and welcomed in to the team training on the day and you will immediately feel like you are now part of something that will help bring your fitness goals to success.

Personal Training Sessions

Our Personal Training sessions are also held at the Lake or our mobile trainers can come to you!. If you feel that you are more comfortable training at home then we can bring the training to you. When you want 100% attention every training session, book your session times in now and you and your trainer will assess specific, measurable and achievable goals.

We can train 1 on 1 to achieve optimum personal results, 1 on 2 or more with a friend or partner, if you have a small group of friends that would like to train with then enquire now to find the next available vacancy.
