Brandon started his career as a Personal Trainer in 2007, through the years his passion for fitness has enabled him to continue to work in this field and chase his dreams of owning his own Studio.

Brandon has worked in many gyms across Sydney in the past, he is well known amongst the community and his long list of experience covers all aspects of fitness from weight loss to body building, nutrition, injury rehabilitation and prevention, sport specific training, strength and conditioning, Head Coach in Swimming, and lastly a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor.

Now being part owner of the Rouse Hill Franchise with his wife Sarah, he strives to continue a professional service to the Hills District in Reformer Pilates and Personal Training.

Reformer Pilates is an all over body workout designed to stretch, strengthen and tone your muscles. Pilates is all about precision of movement and isolating and activating your muscles which gives us greater body awareness and the ability to strengthen weaker points in the body.
